The Strange CANNIBAL Cult Who Drink From Skulls: Attracts Foreign Visitors

The Aghori Cannibals are living in the Ganges River of northern India, The said group is noted to have a growing population despite of practicing celibacy in the group. They are gaining attention for their habits of smearing themselves with the ashes from the cremated bodies and used to drink from skulls. The group are feared by some because they still practice cannibalism but this time, they only eat the flesh of dead people.

An intrepid Irish photographer named Darragh Mason, spent time with the group and sad that:
"They are known to pull bodies from the Ganges and eat them. Skulls and other human bones are taken from the cremation grounds and used for ritual purposes. They believe that power comes from the dead. At one point they tried to get me to drink water from the Ganges out of a human skull but around two metres upstream they were cremating bodies so I just couldn't - the river is teaming with disease anyway." - Darragh Mason

The group is said to be enjoying to practice the extreme way of life's sect which led them to practice cannibalism despite the modernization time that we have right now. There are also foreign visitors who are attracted to this lifestyle and started living with the group for sometime.
"There was an American gentleman who lived with the group for sometime. Amazingly people are really attracted to this way of life. They actively try to be thought of as the lowest in society which is why they do not dress well and their hair is often matted." -  Darragh Mason

If the group is feared by some, There are some thingst hat the group is worth commending for, They are known to be helpful and charitable as they hold a record of having a leper colony wherein they took care of  99,045 patients with full leprosy and 147,503 with partial leprosy. The terrifying reputation of the Aghori group might take time to be forgotten as they are still practicing the extreme way of life intact with them, Only time can tell if this reputation will be lifted and erased from people's minds.
